Profile of Muhammed Aslam Kunnathil

Muhammed Aslam is a very dynamic and vibrant  academician, teacher and researcher in the field of English studies.  He has 10-plus years of teaching experience, and has been teaching Literary Criticism and Theory, Research Methodology in English Studies, English Language Teaching, English Communications Skills and Advanced Phonetics.

His doctoral research was in the broad area of Aging Narratives in English (titled as ‘Dependence, Interdependence, Independence: A Study of Select Aging Narratives in English’). He is currently guiding doctoral researchers, two of whom are working in the field of Aging Narratives.  To his credit, he has 13 research publications, served as resource person in several academic events, and organized many academic events.
